From Thai street roots to your table in Albany—every dish tells a story worth sharing.
How It All Started
I started House of Noodle because I missed the flavors of home. I grew up in Thailand, where street food is a big part of daily life. The smells, the sounds, and the way people come together around food—those memories stayed with me.
After moving to Oregon, I wanted to share that part of my life with others. In 2020, I opened House of Noodle at 2025 Santiam Hwy SE in Albany, OR.
What We Serve
At House of Noodle, you’ll find dishes like Drunken Noodles, Nutty Chicken, and Garlic Lover, all made to order. These are meals I grew up eating and cooking with my family. We use traditional Thai methods—like stir-frying over high heat and blending our own sauces—because it makes a difference.
